Rocket Wine has been Fairfield's local since 2022 — a place where the night might start with a quick knock-off glass and somehow turn into a very good evening.

We're a wine bar and bottle shop rolled into one. Our wall holds over 500 bottles — wine, whisky, gin and craft beer — with around 20 wines poured by the glass through our Coravin system. Grab a bottle to take home, or pull up a stool and let us open it for you.

Warm timber tables, olive-green seats, a glowing curved bar. BYO food from anywhere nearby. Dogs always welcome — and with our brand new parklet, there's never been a better time to pull up a chair outside and settle in.

Not a wine drinker? We've got you covered with 8 taps pouring a carefully chosen rotation of craft beers — always something interesting, always something cold. Guinness is a permanent fixture, for those who know.

We take our cocktails seriously too. Each season we start from scratch — a completely new list drawn from whatever's in season, on our minds, or in the glass at the time. Expect the unexpected, and expect it to be very good.
